Humans

Humans are possibly the most versatile race. Their only weakness being their human abilities. They're average, by the book of humanity that is. Humans are the only race that can use firearms in general. Guns, Cannons, etc.

Vampires

Vampires are the most intellectual of all the races. They have incredible intellect and charisma. They also have slightly enhanced strength and dexterity, however their main ability is thought. Vampires cannot go into the sunlight at all for fear of death, a rather slow and painful one at that. First, their skin will slowly loose feeling, then motion, and finally they die off. While Vampires do live forever naturally, they can be killed. Vampires are vulnerable to many different means of death. A stake through the heart, decapitation, or a bullet through the head are the only ways to kill a vampire, besides exposure to sunlight. Vampires are driven by their natural desire to feed on blood. Animal blood offers little to no sustenance, and living solely on such is like committing a very slow and painful suicide for the Vampires. They crave human blood and the various auras that come with a person, devouring the very essence of their victim. Human food is not an option; it tastes like ash in their mouths.

Dhampirs

A Dhampir is a person with a Vampire father and Human mother. They always have dark hair. Dhampirs are probably the most dexterous race. They are the "theives" of the races one might say. Easily, a dhampir could climb a building or anything they truely chose. These qualities make Dhampirs the only race that can be effective hunters of any other race. Dhampirs must drink blood, not nearly as much as Vampires but still. Dhampirs have slightly enhanced strength and intellegence. However, they have very high dexterity and speed.

Werewolves

Werewolves are people who are infected with Lycanthropy. They can take the form of a bipedal wolf at any time that hey wish. When not in their wolf form, they still look slightly beastial; making hiding amongst humans rather difficult. Werewolves are the physically strongest race in Asher's Fort, however they have one critical weakness. They have a deathly weakness to the metal silver. Not being around it, just on touch. When a werewolf touches silver, their strength begins to fade until it leave them completely. Leaving contact with the metal will allow their strength to slowly return, however.
